Organisational Strengthening
Strengthen the organization through good governance and operational efficiency. Implement focused use of ICT, in particular social media platforms

Share information and documentation of results, best practices, and lessons learned within international development community

Build and maintain effective partnerships and mobilize actors active in international development cooperation or global health

Our Fundamental Strategies
- Advocacy: The main objective is to accelerate the availability, accessibility and leveraging of resources to women, youth and children and other vulnerable groups in order for them to their vulnerabilities and discriminations thereby enhancing their probabilities combat of obtaining equity of access to resources.
- Capacity Building: The organization will engage in life-skill building activities – education for example in areas of health, and, social economic skills to empower our target populations. This includes working with women, youth and children as economic actors within the perspective of their role and participation in economic activities in both formal as informal sectors. BDG envisions promoting capacity building internally and externally on a regular basis in order to be a learning organization and benefit from the knowledge and collaboration of its members and partners.
- Partnerships: Promote partnership with the UN and other organizations to achieve a world free of discrimination based on gender. Acknowledging that no organization can address all the issues pertaining to gender discrimination; this organization will align itself with relevant academic institutions to bridge the implementation gaps between outcomes of social science research, policies and actions.
- Social mobilization and empowerment: Mobilize resources for targeted NGOs to assist them advance the agenda of gender equality and related thematic issues. It will provide a platform for dissemination of the results and share best practices through networking and partnering with entities with similar visions.
